The FallTech Single Anchor Vertical Lifelines (VLL) are typically composed of a rope of various materials, lengths and end terminations. When a VLL is combined with connectors, a Shock Absorbing Lanyard (SAL), a Fall Arrester (Rope Grab), and a counterweight, it becomes a Fall Arrester Connector Subsystem (FACSS).
